Vegan, Sunshine inspired Breakfast Bowl Recipe



Inspired by the sunshine, this delicious, fragrant recipe is sure to set you off for a fantastic day. And you can switch it up with different toppings each day! Our favourite is banana & coconut yogurt with a squeeze of lime!


Sunshine Inspired Breakfast Bowl

(Makes 1 drink)


Ingredients:

- Can of coconut milk

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

- 1/4 tsp ground cloves

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/4 tsp turmeric

- 50g porridge oats

- Topping of your choice - chopped banana, mango, lime, coconut shavings, coconut yogurt


Method:

- Stir all ingredients together, chill overnight.

- In the morning, the mixture may need thinning slightly with cold water or almond milk, - Top with coconut/vegan yogurt, chopped banana or fresh mango

- Grate a little lime zest, and a squeeze of lime juice... enjoy!
