Vegan Garlic Bread
(Makes 1)
Ingredients:
1 Baguette/French Loaf
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp melted vegan butter or olive oil
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 large handful of fresh basil
1 tsp chopped chives
1/2 tsp sea salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C - Gas mark 4
Make multiple cuts, 2-3 cm apart, along the baguette. Don't cut all the way to the bottom of the bread to ensure it holds together.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and spread inside the cut baguette. Then add some more butter to the top of the loaf.
Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes. (Don't forget to put your EAT.PLNT dish in the oven or microwave!)
Enjoy warm from the oven... delicious.
