Delicious Vegan Garlic Bread Recipe

Vegan Garlic Bread

(Makes 1)


  • 1 Baguette/French Loaf

  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp melted vegan butter or olive oil

  • 2 tsp crushed garlic

  • 1 large handful of fresh basil

  • 1 tsp chopped chives

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C - Gas mark 4

  • Make multiple cuts, 2-3 cm apart, along the baguette. Don't cut all the way to the bottom of the bread to ensure it holds together.

  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and spread inside the cut baguette. Then add some more butter to the top of the loaf.

  • Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes. (Don't forget to put your EAT.PLNT dish in the oven or microwave!)

  • Enjoy warm from the oven... delicious.
